Starting in June, we'll be offering Olympic Weightlifting classes on Wednesdays at 6:30pm led by Coach John "Pinto".
During these 1-hour classes we'll be going through high-skill barbell movements including the power clean and snatch. These classes are for athletes of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters. The goal of this class is to help you get stronger and show you how to properly execute high-skill movements safely.
Unlimited members -- Free
Non-members -- $15 per class
First class is June 2nd. Signing up ahead of time isn't necessary!
