"Hang in There"
Workout #2 of the Old Towne Throwdown has been released. Partner 1 will complete 2 rope climbs and 5 deadlifts while partner 2 rests. Once partner 1 completes the rope climbs & deadlifts, partner 2 will then go and partner 1 will rest.
Format will be the same for scaled athletes except athletes will do zombie climbs/lying rope climbs. Heels must remain on the ground and legs must be straight during zombie climb.
Score will be total number of rounds + reps completed.
