During this 4-week 'Back to the Basics' course, we’ll teach you proper movement patterns and prepare you to join our regular classes. We recommend starting with these classes if you're new to functional fitness.
This is an 8 session course over 4 weeks. Classes will be from 7-8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our next fundamentals course starts Tuesday, August 3.
You’ll get the fundamentals course plus 6 regular classes for $99.
