High intensity meets strength training and community. That's what our 1-hour long group fitness classes bring you while preparing your body for real life movements and activities. Our goal is to help you create a sustainable lifestyle through fitness and exercise.
This strength and conditioning program
introduces 14 to 18 year olds to correct foundational movements and can spark a lifetime love of fitness. The program uses age-appropriate exercises and is taught by our 2x Teen CrossFit Games Athlete, Daniel Kuc.

No one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from functional fitness. We use a variety of movements to enhance the quality and quantity of your life.
In these classes you'll learn proper movement patterns, become familiar with our facility and meet our coaching staff. We recommend starting with the Fundamentals course if you're new to functional fitness.
